A UX strategist with a decade of experience in building and leading UX research and design teams. He specializes in implementing Jobs to be Done (JTBD) methodologies and designing both complex B2B admin panels and high-traffic consumer-facing features used by millions.
Previously, he led UX development at DomClick, where he scaled the UX research team and built a company-wide design system. He is a guest lecturer at HSE and Bang Bang Education and has studied JTBD at Harvard Business School.

Head of UX Development

Led and integrated UX research into the product development process. Established standards, guidelines, success metrics, and methodologies. Trained teams in conducting UX research.

Design System Lead

Managed the design and development of three design systems: web, webview, and mobile apps (team of 12). Oversaw short-term and long-term workload planning (sprints, quarters, annual strategy) and defined the strategic direction for design systems.

Reduced daily report completion time from 1.5 days to 14 minutes.
Decreased the number of actions required for daily reports from 439 to 28.
Increased the number of reports submitted daily from 1 to 5.
Cut the time needed to upload watchlist checklists from 1.5 days to 6 minutes.
